Jeanine Aspen, President and Co-owner
Jeanine worked in sales and then sales management with Bristol Myers and Novartis. After moving back to Nebraska from Pittsburgh, PA, in 2005, Jeanine brought with her the DEI approach that she learned as a sales leader. In 2005 she opened the DEI Central office and specialized in healthcare and senior housing sales. “I discovered DEI as a sales manager so I was a ‘user’ of the system before I became involved in it as a business.”
Jay Reischl, CEO
Jay is the CEO, Founder and a primary driver behind DEI-Central. His understanding of the senior living industry coupled with his technological expertise plays a key role in how DEI creates a metric based sales process that drives our clients' censuses to new heights. Jay has since been directly involved with the creation, operation, and growth of more than a dozen successful senior living corporations and has advised on countless others.
Amy Setnicka, Director of Corporate Training
Amy brings to DEI 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative and regional trainer. Amy has been with DEI for four years and brings her excitement and optimism to the world of Senior Living consulting and training. She aims to provide each client with a positive customer experience.
John Greaves, Director of Marketing and Implementation Coach
John Greaves has 15 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing and as a consultant to senior living portfolios. Throughout his senior living career, John has been a leadership coach and has helped teams embrace a sales culture based on integrity and mission-focus. As Director of Marketing for Provision Living, John was responsible for the sales and marketing efforts of a large portfolio of properties operated under 7 regional brands in 11 states. John is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
