Participants will learn:

  • The mechanics of setting appointments and scheduling tours.
  • How to leave effective phone messages that get a return phone calls.
  • How to deal with common objections and questions such as: “We’re not ready yet, just send me information.” Or “How much do your apartments cost?”
  • How to generate effective emails that engage the prospect who chooses to communicate electronically.
  • The telephone and email protocols and etiquette when reaching out to these leads.
