- How to deal with common objections and questions such as: “We’re not ready yet, just send me information.” Or “How much do your apartments cost?”
- How to generate effective emails that engage the prospect who chooses to communicate electronically.
- The telephone and email protocols and etiquette when reaching out to these leads.
